Tapir Holdings is a Bermuda Stock Exchange listed strategic investment holding company incorporated in January 2024 and domiciled in the British Virgin Islands.

Upon incorporation, Impellam Group plc was the only initial shareholder. Since then, Impellam Group plc, now called Impellam Group Limited, has changed its legal status from a public limited company to a private company limited by shares.

Admission to trading on AIM

On 11th March 2026 admission and the first day of dealings commenced by of an Introduction with 247,164,866 shares of no par value being issued immediately following Admission.
