Our COVID-19 Response

March 2020

Given the current situation in relation to Covid-19, I wanted to update you on our operations.

Our priority is the health and wellbeing of our staff, their families and everybody who we work with on a daily basis – our clients, suppliers and other connections to the business.

We have now implemented our Business Continuity Plans (BCP) which has resulted in all those members of staff who can operate remotely, doing so. We have robust IT processes in place to ensure that connectivity to all relevant business systems, phone and email is working seamlessly.

This has removed all but essential members of staff from our main office in central London, so that we can continue to operate our print and typesetting based activities on behalf of our clients. We will continue to monitor the situation closely and have further BCP at our disposal should we need to remove all staff from our premises.

This is an unprecedented situation and due to our clients and suppliers all implementing their own BCP, some services, such as same day / fast turnaround of documents becomes more challenging. We will be speaking to all of our clients with current live projects to discuss ways of working which will ensure we continue to meet all deadlines.

If you wish to discuss any of your projects with us, please speak to your usual contact at Perivan.

Thank you for your continued support during these challenging times. We are delighted to be working closely with you and look forward to the situation stabilising and an eventual return to more normal circumstances.

Phil Roberts, CEO.
