Adrian McElroy
Operations Director
Adrian has many years of experience having started in print as an apprentice on leaving school. Having learnt the basics of composition he moved into machine printing, running sheetfed & web presses before moving into Financial Print production, customer service and then operations management.

Sales Director
Phil started his career in financial printing 35 years ago at St. Ives where he developed a passion for annual reports.
He progressed to a number of senior positions, including a 13- year spell as sales director at Pillans and Wilson Greenaway, before forming Corporate Ink, a successful annual report printing consultancy business, which he owner-managed for 12 years prior to its acquisition by Perivan in March 2017.
Phil has advised and worked with around 25% of the FTSE top 250 quoted companies, as well as a large portfolio of Investment Trusts and open- and closed-ended fund clients. His hands-on approach, attention to detail and the product knowledge he has amassed during his career make him an unparalleled leader in his fieldJohn Ranson
Sales Director
John started his financial printing career nearly 25 years ago at Libra City Corporate printing. He’s a founder member of Perivan Financial Print, having joined at its inception. He has been instrumental in building Perivan into the UK’s leading financial printer and invested in the MBO in 2003 when he became one of the largest shareholders of the company.
A corporate finance and corporate access specialist, John has managed the full printed documentation for more IPOs, merger and acquisition and fundraising transactions over the last 25 years than any in his peer group. This has also led him to accumulate a substantial portfolio of quoted company annual report clients.
He is a former member of the AIM Awards voting panel.John Redford
Strategy Director
John has worked in Financial support services for over 30 years, and co-founded Millnet in 1996, establishing it as the leading independent litigation support company in Europe before its sale to a US PE backed litigation support company in 2016.
In 2017 John successfully transferred the Financial Print division of Millnet to Perivan and at the same time became an investor and Board member.Joe Cotterell

Dan is Business Development Director for our Corporate and Investor interaction platform – Engage.
He was Head of Customer Success for Perivan’s former technology division, Simplifie, and has over 13 years’ experience working in the Software as a Service (SaaS) industry.
In his spare time, Dan enjoys running and watching his favourite team - Charlton Athletic nil.Harry Bone

Graham Bowstead
Business Development Director
Graham has spent his entire career in the financial printing industry helping organisations with their external and internal stakeholder communications. His experience has been in production and sales environments and has, more recently, been involved with SaaS products for governance technology.
Organisations Graham has worked with on projects during his career span multiple sectors and include major banks, insurance companies, building societies, stock exchange-listed companies, fund managers, publicly funded bodies and charities.
He’s an avid gardener and golfer but spends more time digging up fairways than flower beds.
