Bay Capital publish their inaugural Annual Report

Bay Capital’s strategic aim is to drive shareholder value through the acquisition of target companies in certain sectors where the Directors believe there to be sustainable growth opportunities both organically and through acquisition. The Company is seeking fundamentally sound assets, where tangible opportunities exist to drive strategic, operational and performance improvements.
In particular, sectors of focus include industrials, construction and business services, and software and technology companies which service those industry verticals. Where target companies are acquired, the Directors and incoming management teams will seek to drive operational improvements and best practices to unlock revenue and cost synergies.
Inaugural Annual Report
Having helped Bay Capital with the production of the Listing Prospectus for their IPO in September 2021, the Perivan shareholder communications team was delighted to also produce their inaugural Annual Report which was successfully published on 29th April 2022.
