Octopus Renewables Infrastructure Trust publish their inaugural Annual Report

Octopus Renewables Infrastructure Trust Plc “ORIT” is a closed-ended investment company that is focused on building and operating a diversified portfolio of Renewable Energy Assets in Europe and Australia.
ORIT’s investment objective is to provide investors with attractive and sustainable dividends, alongside capital growth. ORIT is managed by Octopus Investments Limited, one of the largest renewable energy investors in Europe.
Having assisted ORIT and their advisers, Peel Hunt at the beginning of its corporate journey, which started with the production of the prospectus for their initial Share Issuance Programme, which raised £350 million in December 2019, the Perivan annual report management team headed by Phil Austen were delighted to be appointed to produce the inaugural annual report, which after successful completion was posted to the shareholders on 16th March 2021.
Perivan specialise in the design, production and publication of financial documents relating to shareholder and investor communications for quoted companies, private companies and open and closed ended funds.
