Strategic partnership will work towards introducing board meeting management solutions for small-cap and medium-cap listed companies in the London Stock Exchange

LONDON, January 13th, 2021 Praxonomy, an emerging global SaaS board portal solution provider committed to digitising corporate governance in boardrooms, announced today its partnership with Perivan Limited, a shareholder, investor and customer communications management company in the United Kingdom that specialises in the design, creation and publishing of documents relating to corporate actions and financial reporting.
