The tutoring and back-up in both learning how to use the system and the answering of queries in setting things up by relatively computer-illiterate Company personnel has been first class. Dan in particular has turned what might initially appear complicated into easy-to-follow implementable steps.
There are a number of similar solutions out there, but for what is essentially a service industry, one of the most important elements is the support the provider can give to a client by way of support and customer service. The 24/7 support provided by Perivan is a great comfort, particularly in the set-up phase but going well beyond that too.
Security is important and the system encryption mechanism is excellent and obviates our past need to send sensitive confidential information via emails or other publicly available big-file storage and sending providers.
The internal document tracking facility is first class and we have found it extremely useful in seeing which users have read and engaged with specific content. Overall, the solution Perivan has built for us is an excellent, quality, safe and secure data storage system – supplemented by unmatched customer service and support.”
