Scheme document published for the £46.1 million recommended cash offer by Nyetimber Wines and Spirits Group for The Lakes Distillery Company

On 2nd April 2024, the boards of Nyetimber Wines and Spirits Group (Nyetimber) and The Lakes Distillery Company (The lakes) announced the terms of a recommended cash offer to be made by Nyetimber to acquire the entire issued and to be issued ordinary share capital of The Lakes to be effected by means of a court sanctioned scheme of arrangement between The Lakes and Scheme Shareholders under Part 26 of the Act.
